Across mobility, energy, infrastructure, and commerce.
A family-built holding company operating across mobility, infrastructure, energy, and commerce — with roots that run deeper than any single market.
Three active service lines operating in the United States today. Direct relationships, real outcomes, no intermediaries.
How our US operations connect to Caribbean expansion and a long-term thesis in global climate infrastructure. For investors and strategic partners.
"Every node generates revenue. Every node generates data. The data from one node makes the next node possible."
Avad and shamar — to cultivate and to keep. Genesis 2:15
Green Keel operates across five interconnected nodes — each a distinct business with its own customers and economics, each contributing to the next. The model is designed to scale through community partnership rather than ownership of any single parcel. What connects the nodes is not a theory. It is the work already underway.
Every material economy starts with extraction. Ours starts responsibly — drawing from land our family has stewarded for years, in partnership with the communities that depend on it. Grizzley ACE supplies aggregate to construction and infrastructure operators across Jamaica and the wider Caribbean. What makes it different isn't the material. It's the documentation — every extraction event recorded, every practice accountable. That data is the foundation everything else is built on.
US commercial fleet operators retire equipment that still has years of productive life left. Caribbean construction, agricultural, and logistics operators need exactly that equipment and can't easily access it. Grizzley Auto closes that gap — sourcing, refurbishing, and redeploying vehicles and heavy equipment across the corridor. Every unit that moves through this node avoids the carbon cost of manufacturing something new. The business case and the climate case are the same transaction.
Communities across the Caribbean have been caring for land for generations. The problem is that care has never been legible to global capital markets — no documentation, no baseline, no proof. The Land Condition Registry changes that. It builds the evidentiary layer that turns responsible land use into a verifiable asset. And it's designed to scale through partnership, not ownership. Any steward, any parcel, any community — the registry works for all of them.
Green Trace is field-deployable infrastructure designed to quantify material movement and ecological activity at the point it happens. The same data that serves a commercial purpose also serves a climate one. We are building it because the operations we already run make us the right people to build it.
When stewardship is documented and measurement is verified, the final step is translation — turning that verified ecological work into the financial instruments that global markets understand. Carbon credits, MRV data licenses, sustainability-linked finance pathways. This is where the work done in every prior node finds its highest-value expression. And critically, the revenue flows back — to the operators, the stewards, the communities. That's what closing the loop actually means.
We have conversations before we have partnerships. If the work Green Keel is doing is relevant to what you're building or investing in, reach out directly. We'll take it from there.
Start a Conversation →Three active verticals. Real outcomes. Direct relationships. Green Keel works with a select number of clients at any given time — you get the principals, not a team you'll never meet.
We source used vehicles and heavy equipment from US commercial fleet operators and redeploy them to buyers who need reliable, well-maintained equipment. Beyond individual transactions, we support fleet buildouts and mobility solutions for operators who need a logistics partner, not just a seller. Every asset we move extends its productive life by years.
Strategic advisory for organizations navigating the energy transition. From efficiency audits to renewable deployment pathways — practical guidance grounded in operational reality. We understand what it costs to change and what it costs not to.
Curated distribution of wellness products and imported goods with an emphasis on quality sourcing and community-rooted channels. We work with grocery buyers, restaurant operators, and social channels — building recurring accounts rather than one-off transactions.
You reach out directly. We talk about what you need and whether there's a genuine fit. No pitch decks required on your end.
We evaluate the opportunity — your requirements, our capacity, and the logistics. We tell you honestly if we can help.
A clear proposal with pricing, timeline, and logistics. No surprises. You work with the principals throughout.
We deliver and stay in contact. Most of our best client relationships are recurring — that is the model we prefer.
“To cultivate and to keep.”
Genesis 2:15 · The founding ethos
Green Keel Holdings is a family-built operating company — not a startup in the conventional sense, but a multi-generational enterprise assembled deliberately, across years, geographies, and disciplines.
The company's thesis begins with a simple observation: the world has a measurement and stewardship problem. Billions of dollars in climate finance cannot flow to the communities that need it most because the infrastructure to verify what happens on the ground doesn't exist at the scale or cost that small operators can access. Green Keel is building that infrastructure — starting from the communities we are already embedded in, with a network deep enough to scale through partnership rather than ownership.
The land in Jamaica is not the ceiling of the vision. It is proof of the model. Active extraction operations, equipment moving between continents, ecological baselines being built from real operational data — the five nodes are already functioning as a system. Green Trace is what connects them to global capital markets.
The thread running through all of it is the Hebrew call of avad and shamar — to cultivate and to keep. To work the land productively and to protect what has been entrusted. That resolves every question about how to grow, and how not to.
Leads Grizzley Auto and owns the strategic development of Green Trace — the measurement technology node that represents the company's highest-leverage long-term asset. Responsible for capital strategy, partnerships, brand, and accelerator relationships. US-based with regular Jamaica presence.
Leads Grizzley ACE on the ground in Jamaica — the extraction operation that is the cash flow and data anchor of the architecture. Provides engineering input across all nodes and technical grounding for the Green Trace development pathway. Jamaica-based with direct operational presence.
Owns the stewardship methodology and carbon intelligence thesis. Leads the Land Condition Registry development and anchors Green Keel's relationships with academic institutions, research partners, and the broader carbon platform and regenerative infrastructure research community. The scientific conscience of the enterprise.
“Sustainable business is not a compromise with commercial reality. It is a more rigorous form of it.”
